Opened in December 2010, and located alongside Oysta la Vista, Oysta la Vista Too! is more suitable for elderly or lesser mobile guests or those with small children as the main bedroom, kitchen and meals area and two of the three family lounge areas are located downstairs. The house has split system air conditioning on both levels. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

The main Japanese style bedroom has a king bed, leading onto an ensuite with double spa, toilet, shower and vanity. The room has a ceiling fan, built in robes, dresser, TV, VCR and DVD.

A third toilet and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, breadmaker, coffee machine is located downstairs, together with an 8 person dining area and a family TV lounge with plasma TV, DVD and VCR and Xbox.  A laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also available.

A sliding door leads onto a timbered, covered and fenced deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Upstairs, there is a comfortable home theatre with surround sound and an extensive DVD movie collection. There is a kitchenette with hot plates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker and an 8 person dining suite. It has some gym equipment and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony.

The downstairs sitting room provides a quiet place to read or relax with 2 recliners, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and VCR

The second bedroom has a double bed, tall boy, dresser, TV, DVD, VCR, ceiling fan and cot.

The third bedroom has two king singles, which can be made into a king double, dresser, TV and DVD and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has two sets of double bunks, ceiling fan, TV and DVD. There is also a separate shower, toilet and powder room on this level.
