Family Room

  

Upon entering Oysta la Vista, you will see the large family room with a pool table with 8 ball, Kelly pool and snooker. A kitchenette in the corner has a sink, refrigerator, kettle and toaster and a 2 person café setting provides a place to sit whilst enjoying a coffee. The room has a TV, DVD and VCR and a large collection of movies especially for children as well a games cupboard with numerous board and card games and toys. A split system air conditioner and a ceiling fan keeps the room at a comfortable temperature all year round. Guests also have access to fishing rods and tackle, crabbing nets and rakes and assorted sporting equipment, including a bicycle and helmet.

 

Laundry

  

Leading off from the family room is a laundry with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and trough. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

Bathroom

  

The main bathroom has a double spa, shower, toilet and vanity. A selection of spa fragrances and gels is provided.

Second bedroom

  

The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes, TV, bedside lights, mirror, fan and heater.

Third bedroom

  

The third bedroom contains two single beds, built in robes, bedside light, TV, VCR , mirror, heater and fan.

Fourth bedroom

  

The fourth bedroom is great for kids with a double bed with a single bunk above as well as a single trundle, tall boy, hanging space, mirror, TV, fan and heater.

Lounge

  

Heading up the stairs, you enter the air-conditioned lounge, with comfortable seating for 11, including six chairs that can be taken outside to the balcony, accessed by a sliding door. A child safety gate prevents any accidents. The lounge has a home theatre with surround sound. A carousel and book shelf collectively contain over 300 movie titles. Another cupboard contains another 150 videos, including boxed sets of TV favourites. There is a CD player and CD's for guests to enjoy as well as an electronic keyboard. A telescope and comprehensive book and magazine library is provided for guests' use and enjoyment.

Master suite

  

Leading off of the lounge is the master suite. This room has a king size bed, built- in robes, dressing table and tall boy. A ceiling fan, heater, TV, DVD and VCR are also provided. Inside the wardrobe is a folding cot and high chair and an extra folding bed. A sliding door leads to the balcony. Linen and towels are provided for this room.

Ensuite Bathroom

  

The ensuite bathroom has a double shower, toilet and vanity.

Dining

  

The dining area seats eight around a square table.

Kitchen

  

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink and microwave. It has a host of electrical appliances including a coffee maker,bread maker, rice cooker, slow cooker and wok. There is a full complement of crockery, saucepans, utensils, serving dishes, casserole dishes and cutlery, including an omelette pan and crab pot. Guests are welcomed with provisions for a light breakfast for the first morning.

 

The Balcony

  

Guests have the use of a gas barbecue, weber kettle and a six person outdoor setting. From the balcony, there are views of the bay and caravan park and on a clear day, the Adelaide Hills and Kangaroo island are visible.
