Heading up the stairs, you enter the air-conditioned lounge, with comfortable seating for 11, including six chairs that can be taken outside to the balcony,
accessed by a sliding door. A child safety gate prevents any accidents. The lounge has a home theatre with surround sound. A carousel and book shelf collectively contain
over 300 movie titles. Another cupboard contains another 150
videos, including boxed sets of TV favourites. There is a CD player and CD's for guests to enjoy as well as an electronic keyboard. A telescope and comprehensive
book and magazine library is provided for guests' use and enjoyment. |

Master suite |

Leading off of the lounge is the master suite. This room has a king size bed, built- in robes, dressing table and tall boy. A ceiling fan, heater, TV, DVD and VCR are also provided. Inside the wardrobe is a folding cot and high chair and an extra folding bed. A sliding door leads to the balcony. Linen and towels are provided for this room. |

The ensuite bathroom has a double shower, toilet and vanity. |

The dining area seats eight around a square table. |

Kitchen |

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink and microwave. It has a host of electrical appliances including a coffee maker,bread maker, rice cooker, slow cooker and wok. There is a full complement of crockery, saucepans, utensils, serving dishes, casserole dishes and cutlery, including an omelette pan and crab pot. Guests are welcomed with provisions for a light breakfast for the first morning.

The Balcony |

Guests have the use of a gas barbecue, weber kettle and a six person outdoor setting. From the balcony, there are views of the bay and caravan park and on a clear day, the Adelaide Hills and Kangaroo island are visible. |
